Some people do not believe Graffiti is art. But if we can call a two year olds scribble art, how is graffiti not art? I personally do not see the beauty in graffiti but that does not mean it isn’t art. Art is often not appreciated. Obviously graffiti shouldn’t be legalized because then it would cover everything. However, when in the right place, certain graffiti can be appealing and help to individualize a place.
